Description:
Pembangunan di sektor konstruksi pada umumnya melibatkan banyak tenaga kerja. Mereka tidak saja terlibat langsung dilapangan, tetapi juga menghasilkan sarana dan prasarana yang bermanfaat bagi manusia, namun pekerjaan sektor konstruksi bangunan cukup rawan kecelakaan kerja atau terpajan penyakit akibat kerja (PAK). Karena itu, penyelenggaraan pekerjaan pada sektor konstruksi bangunan wajib memenuhi syarat-syarat dan ketentuan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, yang mencakup : keteknikan, keamanan, keselamatan, kesehatan, perlindungan tenaga kerja serta tata lingkungan yang bebas dari polusi atau kerusakan akibat pekerjaan konstruksi tersebut
